Staurogyne Repensis a low growing plant that is mainly used in the foreground of aquariums. The plant originates from South America. While it is rather easy to care for, without proper lighting it will grow taller. To keep the plant in a tight growth pattern, higher light and the addition of a plant fertilizeris recommended. With the addition of CO2 injection,Staurogyne Repens can grow rather quickly and will require frequent trimming. Like all stem plants,you can replant the trimmings to start new plants.
